GET TO KNOW ME
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. In 2006 I graduated from Chaminade University Honolulu, with a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then I have helped children, teens, couples and families navigate behavioral difficulties and challenging family dynamics.

Working with children and teens I use a collaborative approach that identifies behaviors to work on, strengths, and weaknesses and focuses on finding a solution to making change. When working with families and couples, i focus on changing the negative interactional patterns between members, and creating new interactions based on positivity and trust.
I care for all of my clients and work diligently to help them make the changes they desire.
